Description

A fun and easy to follow full body workout. This class aims to build strength, endurance, and power while training with a variety of resistance equipment (i.e., bands, body bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc.), as well as your own body weight. Participants will leave class feeling refreshed and stronger for everyday life.
