With a maximum of six participants, this low-ratio format offers personalized attention, training variety, and accountability to help you stay on track and see results. Looking to train with a group of friends? We’d love to help! Let us know your goals and availability, and we’ll work with you to customize the training dates, times, and session length to suit your group’s needs. Whether you're looking to improve strength, endurance, mobility, or overall fitness, this program is designed to challenge and support you every step of the way. Sessions take place once a week for one hour in the Fitness Training Centre. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, indoor shoes, and bring a water bottle.
