Growing stronger, is a strength training course for older adults, 55 years plus, who want to grow stronger, healthier, more active, and independent. Feeling physically strong promotes mental and emotional health, making this course a no brainer! This course provides a safe, simple, and highly effective exercise program based on the principles of strength training. All fitness levels are welcome to join, however, this course is geared towards those currently inactive or only mildly active. Get the benefits of working with a Certified Personal Trainer in a small group setting. With a maximum of 6 participants our low ratio training will give you the motivation and training variety to get results.
