Winter layers are coming off… and it’s YOUR time to shine. This 12-week spring program is designed to help you feel stronger, energized, and more confident stepping into summer. We’re not chasing a number on the scale; we’re focusing on muscle tone, boosting energy, and creating lasting confidence. This group personal training program teams you up with a Certified Personal Trainer and 3 to 4 participants with the same goal in mind... weight management. This program is lead by a Certified Personal Trainer and will help teach how to build physical activity and nutrition into your new healthy lifestyle, meet a few new friends and have FUN exercising. Course includes a 30 minute individual assessment before and after the program. This assessment will include an inBody scan. No membership required.
