Do you want to lose weight, reduce body fat, improve weight management and build confidence? Join this small group personal training group with a weight loss focus. This group personal training program teams you up with a Certified Personal Trainer and 3 to 6 participants with the same goal in mind... weight management. This program is lead by a Certified Personal Trainer and will help teach how to build physical activity and nutrition into your new healthy lifestyle, meet a few new friends and have FUN exercising. Course includes a 30 minute individual assessment before and after the program. This assessment will include an inBody scan. No membership required.
