Description
Take your fitness to the next level with this small group training session focused on building strength, endurance, and mobility through functional movement patterns. Held in the program room within the Courtice Fitness Training Centre, this low-ratio class (3-6 Participant/trainer) offers a more personalized experience while still benefiting from the motivation of a group setting. Participants will rotate through a variety of stations using equipment such as medicine balls, thera bands, battle ropes, skipping ropes, and more. Every session is designed to be dynamic, fun, and scalable to all fitness levels — whether you're just getting started or looking to push yourself further.
