Description

Water Fitness Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body workout held in the pool, designed to improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness using the natural resistance of water. All fitness levels are welcome, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Classes may include a mix of interval training, core work, and dynamic movements in both shallow and deep water. Ages 13 and up.
