Yoga at Hampton Hall - Discover the benefits of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. This class introduces basic postures, stretches, and breathing techniques designed to align your mind, body, and soul. Yoga can help improve strength, posture, flexibility, and relaxation, while also serving as a great stress reliever. No previous experience is necessary — all fitness levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle to class.
