Description

Learn basic postures, stretches and breathing techniques to help align your mind, body and soul. Yoga helps improve strength, flexibility and promotes better posture. Yoga also aids in relaxation and is a proven stress reliever. No previous yoga experience is necessary. All fitness levels welcome, however participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. Please bring water and a yoga mat to class.
