Description
Get the benefits of working with a Certified Personal Trainer in a small group setting. With a maximum of 6 participants our low ratio training will give you the motivation and training variety to get results. Do you walk into the gym and have no idea how to use the equipment, or plan an effective workout? Do you fear you are doing things wrong, and wasting your time and money? Join this group training program and work alongside a Certified Personal Trainer to learn how to use the equipment safely, while improving all aspects of your fitness. This class is geared to beginner fitness levels. Group will meet once a week for one hour in the Fitness Training Centre. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, indoor shoes and bring a water bottle.
