Lunch & Learn - Elder Abuse (55+)

Purpose of the presentation “HOW YOU CAN HELP PREVENT ELDER ABUSE IN YOUR COMMUNITY” is to help you identify the warning signs of elder abuse and provide you with small, practical steps that you could take in a safe and respectful way, to help an older adult who is possibly experiencing abuse. Attendees will receive a resource list of Elder Abuse professionals in Durham Region who are available to provide information and support. You may be the neighbor, friend or family member who can make a positive difference for a person experiencing Elder Abuse!
