Description
In this up-beat and engaging class, participants will get hands on experience with multiple circus disciplines. Using creative games and accessible progressions, professional circus instructors lead participants into discovering their own innate talents. Inspiring performances by the facilitators begin each session, and participants also have the opportunity to step on stage with their peers at the end. Disciplines taught include: juggling, flower sticks, spinning plates, poi, equilibristics and object balance. All equipment is provided, and no experience is necessary. A great class for busy bodies and minds.
