Description

In Teen/Adult 1 you'll master the basics of swimming, working on front and back floats, glides and flutter kick on your front, side and back. You'll learn breath control and jump into chest-deep water. You'll tread water wearing a Personal Flotation Device. You'll improve your fitness and your kick with interval training.
