Lifesaving Society provides comprehensive training covering all aspects of first aid, CPR and AED. This course is for those who want an in-depth understanding of first aid such as; medical/legal aspects, spinal injuries, heat or cold injuries, bone and joint injuries, abdominal and chest injuries, burns, and medical emergencies. Recognized by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. CPR-C includes theory for adult, child and infant victims including two rescuer CPR skills. CPR-C includes the importance of early defibrillation and how to use an AED. CPR-C & AED certification is included in Standard First Aid.
Prerequisites: Candidates must hold a Lifesaving Society-issued Standard First Aid certificate that has not yet expired.
Canadian First Aid Manuals are available on site for reference during the course.
