Description

With increased endurance Swimmer 3's will tread water for 15 seconds, swim front and back crawl 10m and participate in an interval training flutter kicking workout. They'll also practice Canadian Swim to Survive Standard: roll into deep water, tread 1 min. and swim 50 m wearing a lifejacket.
