This activity is intended for participants that identify as female. Strength training not only helps prevent injury, it can keep your bones and muscles strong so you stay active and independent for life! Did you know the more muscle you have the more calories you burn? Join our female instructor, who shows you proper exercise techniques, offers lifestyle tips and provides you with an individual weight-training program. Participants should not miss the first session of this program. Be prepared to exercise and wear appropriate exercise clothing and running shoes. Bring a water bottle and towel.
