Description

Prerequisite: age 6-14 years. An introduction for beginner swimmers who are not yet comfortable in the water. Swimmers will learn how to open their eyes, exhale, and hold their breath underwater, assisted jumps, floats, glides and kicks. A non-refundable exam/admin fee of $3.00 is applicable.

Lessons are outside; we recommend applying sunscreen 30-minutes before lesson start time and/or wearing a rashguard.
