Skating Lessons: Adult 1

In this level you will learn how to: safely fall down, stand up, walk on the ice forwards and backwards, two foot glides, one foot glides, glide turn, and stops. This class is suitable for beginners and those who are comfortable on the ice but have never had formal lessons. A CSA approved hockey or snow sports helmet is mandatory for all skate lesson programs. Helmets are available to borrow no charge. If you require skate rentals, please purchase a skate rental pass on or before the first day of lessons. Please do not register in more than one lesson set at a time.
