Get hands-on and creative with our fermented food workshops! Series B- Explore the world of fermentation in this new series of
fermented food workshops. Make fermented cashew cheese, pickles, achar
(spicy Indian pickles), sauerkraut, korean cheong, chutney, and hot
sauce. Fermented foods are full of probiotics, and can improve your
gut health, digestion, and nutrient absorption. Just bring your own
jar to take home your unique delicious, fermented creations!
