Description

Learn the fundamentals of this lively game, including basic strokes taught in the Level 1 (Introduction) by a qualified instructor. All equipment supplied for use, if needed. Participants MUST arrive on time and stay for entire lesson. Please wear proper gym clothing (running shoes, shorts/sweat pants, t-shirts, etc.).
