Description

This activity is intended for participants that identify as female. This class is a continuation of the Strength Training 1 introductory class. Learn additional exercises focusing more on the free weights (dumbbells, barbells.) Ask questions and get tips on your current routine. Must have prior experience exercising in the weight room. It is recommended that patrons take Strength Training for Female-Identifying before taking level 2.
