Storybuilding

Does your child love fantasy stories? Are they crazy about science fiction? Do they love creating their own worlds, full of magic, fascinating creatures, or impossible technology? In Storybuilding, students learn story-writing techniques specific to the genres of fantasy and science fiction, such as worldbuilding, creating magic systems, inventing languages, and so much more. Students will apply what they learn by writing their own fantasy/science fiction stories! While most of our activities will involve reading & writing, kids can also expect to practice their drawing skills, listen to read alouds, and engage in creative story games.
