Description

This is a satellite program operated by the ceramics staff at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, City of Burnaby's internationally renown ceramic arts facility. Children learn basic handbuilding techniques such as slab work, coiling and wedging. The process of firing, then painting or glazing completes each creation. Supplies included in course fee. No class on May 18. Instructor: Allysha Hurd
