Description
This is a beginner entry level class, a practice that adapts simple yoga postures to the support and stability of a chair, allowing everybody access to the benefits of yoga. Suitable for people of all fitness levels, especially those who have difficulty getting down to and up off the floor.
*All participants must complete the PAR-Q+ quiz and may need to complete the ePARmed-X quiz found at the links below. Please print and provide these results to your instructor on the first class.
