Description

These beginner and intermediate-advanced lessons are taught by qualified, NCCP-certified badminton instructors. We focus on the fun and fundamentals of this lively game, including serve and return strokes, rules and game strategy. All equipment supplied for use. Our instructor can modify the program to suit your level and to help refine your current skill set. This is a beginner level course. Please wear proper gym clothing (running shoes, shorts/sweat pants, t-shirts, etc.).
