Enjoy this energizing moderate-level class built upon both Pilates and yoga principles, with the intention of strengthening your abdominals, lower back and hips. Strengthening your core will enhance your overall stability and balance. Combined with Hatha style yoga asanas, enjoy gentle movement, balance, deep stretching and relaxation. These movements are designed to enhance muscle mobility and recovery.
This class involves standing as well as mat work.
