Skating Lessons: Youth 1

Designed for beginner youth skaters: those who have never been on the ice and those who do not know how to skate. This class is a great way to meet new people, get some exercise and develop basic skills at your own pace. In this level you will learn how to safely fall down and stand up, walk on the ice without assistance and are introduced to stopping, gliding and sculling. A CSA approved hockey or snow sports helmet is mandatory for all skate lesson programs. If you require skate rentals, please purchase a skate rental pass on or before the first day of lessons. Please do not register in more than one lesson set at a time.
