You will explore the nearby local gems and Crystal Mall and you'll discover the stories, history, and communities that have shaped Central Burnaby. Led by a longtime Burnaby resident and community historian Larry Chin, you'll experience the places where locals eat, shop, socialize, and connect.
Designed for small groups, the tour moves at a relaxed pace, allowing for personal interaction with your guide and a deeper understanding of Burnaby through its markets, hidden gems, and everyday neighbourhood life.
The tour will start at just outside of Patterson Skytrain Station. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance. Note that this tour involves a moderate amount of walking. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes
