Acro Dance 1 Short-Term

This class combines acrobatics & dance and is a pre-requisite to taking Acro Dance 2. Children learn variations of the tumbling skills learnt in Acro Dance - Introduction as well as basic contortion, balance variations and choreography to music. These are put together to music, and the children learn a routine. All students will be assessed in the first weeks of classes and may be moved to a different level. Bodysuit and shorts are preferred. Students will dance barefoot.
