Description

Get out at Barnet Beach and spend time learning stand up paddleboarding. Get to know the basic stokes, equipment and safety concerns. Practice seat to standing, repositioning on the board, and getting back after falling or jumping off. Equipment includes PFD, paddle & paddle board. Fall and Spring we highly recommend Wet suits. cotton clothing is not recommended.
