Tot Gymnastics: Adult Participation

Jump, climb, roll, and play together! This fun-filled class invites parents and caregivers to explore the gym alongside their little one through songs, games, and exciting gymnastics circuits. Children develop balance, coordination, and confidence while exploring movement in a fun, supportive environment. Children must be the required age within one month of the program start date. Please come prepared to participate with your child. For safety, children should participate barefoot, in ballet slippers, or wearing non-slip grip socks. Dress comfortably in shoes and clothes that your child can easily move around in. Bring a water bottle with your child’s name on it.
