Description
Have a go at trying sitting volleyball with Paralympian Danielle Ellis from Volleyball BC.
Sitting Volleyball is an adaptive sport version of Indoor Volleyball. It is played on a smaller court and a lowered net with athletes sitting directly on the ground. Athletes use their arms and legs to help move them around the court to be able to play the ball using the same skills as Indoor Volleyball.
Come out and try this fast, fun and inclusive version of volleyball during National AccessAbility Week!
