Description

Rookie Patrol features timed 100-metre swims, 350-metre workouts and swimming while wearing clothes. A work-hard, play-hard approach develops swimming strength and efficiency with emphasis on 'Water Smart' behaviour. There is a non-refundable exam fee of $4.00.
