Description
Line dancing is an easy way to have fun while you exercise your body and mind. This class will focus on the introduction to basic steps using choreography set to a variety of music genres including country, classic rock, and pop.
This class is for new and continuing students.
There is no special equipment required. I recommend that students wear comfortable clothes to workout/dance in as well as comfortable shoes. It is also recommended that they bring their own water bottle.
