Description

Tone and strengthen your body surrounded by fresh air in your own neighbourhood at the Outdoor Fitness Circuit located at Edmonds Park. Using your own body weight, work on strength, balance, flexibility and core stability on the various pieces of equipment. Watch the kids play in the adjacent playground while you spend time for your own health and wellness. Ideal for all fitness levels. Lead by a experienced personal trainer. Wear exercise clothing and running shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Meet in the lobby of Edmonds Community Centre for the first class.
