Description

A hands on, fermentation focused workshop where participants learn how to make crisp, tangy sauerkraut from scratch. Participants explore the basics of lacto fermentation and make their own customized jar of sauerkraut. Once the kraut is packed, the workshop shifts into a cozy communal meal featuring perogies, sausages, and bright, freshly seasoned sauerkraut.

Just remember to bring a 1L glass mason jar to take your sauerkraut home in.
