Description
The goal of the weight room orientation is to provide someone new to exercise or new to the facility a basic introduction to the weight room.
- A 45 minute safety weight room orientation. Participants will receive training on: safe practices in the weight room, proper use of equipment and a review of policies and etiquette.
- We will provide you with the basics of how to use weight and cardio equipment. You will learn how to start, stop and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height and weight selections on machines, and have a discussion of proper form on the weight machines.
- All instructors are experienced and certified.
- NOTE: an orientation is NOT a personal training session.
