Description

FREE! Step Into the Murder: Become Part of "Neighborhood Crows: Art in Motion." Ever looked at a crow and wondered about the complex world behind those clever eyes? Now is your chance to fly with the flock!

We are seeking community members to join us for a unique two-part workshop series to help create "Neighborhood Crows: Art in Motion," a brand-new interactive installation debuting at the Burnaby Blooms Festival on Sunday, May 3rd.

This isn’t just a rehearsal—it’s a deep dive into the intersection of biology and art.

Master Crow Behavior: Learn how to embody avian anatomy and social patterns through expert-led movement.
Design the Vision: Get a behind-the-scenes look at costume design, learning how we translate feathers and flight into wearable art.
Take Flight: Bring the installation to life in the beautiful setting of Deer Lake Park.

Participation in both sessions is required to help us build a cohesive flock! Free but pre-registration is required.
