Drawing, Painting & Cartooning

Students spend a fun week of art making, learning how to draw and paint landscapes, people, animals and objects with an abundance of personality. Children will be introduced to cartooning techniques and incorporate characters into a background to bring out the 'Zoom! Wow! Zing! 'Whooosh!' of great visual story telling. Facial expressions, comic strips, animation flipbook-style drawn projects, interactive moving paper cartoon characters and dozens of other techniques are explored. Instructor: Michael Allard
