Children learn valuable skills, emergency procedures and tips on childcare. Certificates are awarded to those who successfully complete the course, which uses Canada Safety Council Babysitter's Guidelines. It is recommended that children under 12 not babysit without adult supervision. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to get children to the program.
