Description
This class is designed for runners with a consistent base, for those who can run 10K nonstop or 5K in under 30 minutes. Building on the foundations introduced in the Beginner program, this program entails extended runs and higher-intensity sessions to further develop endurance and performance.
*It’s recommended that you complete the Running for Beginners program before registering for the Intermediate class.
*Please meet in the lobby at Eileen Dailly. The group will head to the track together. If you are running late, head to Confederation track. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable shoes and clothing. This program will run rain or shine.
