Description

Ready to start running but not sure where to begin? This beginner-friendly program is designed for anyone who wants to build endurance, improve fitness, and gain confidence. No prior running experience required! Whether your goal is to complete your first 5K, improve overall health, or simply enjoy moving outdoors, this class will help you get there.

*Please meet in the lobby at Eileen Dailly. The group will head to the track together. If you are running late, head to Confederation track. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable shoes and clothing. This program will run rain or shine.
