Located in Maple Park alongside Maple Avenue, just north of the Gymnastics Centre and south of Mapleview Mall. 4 raised accessible plots intended for people with limited mobility are available at a full sun site. Accessible entrance along a trail from the sidewalk. Located near park parking, accessible public washrooms, playground and skate park. Accessible by walking and cycling paths, and Burlington Transit route #10. Fee includes municipal water, faucet, hose and water barrels, soil, compost, and woodchips for pathways, storage shed with large tools, wheelbarrows, watering cans, etc., security fence and picnic table and umbrella. Lottery registration for the 2027 season is open September 1-November 30, 2026. All applicants will be notified of their lottery outcome by email in January 2027. Successful applicants will have 10 days from receipt of their lottery outcome email to confirm their plot. If confirmation or payment is not received in the required timeframe the plot will be offered to the next person on the wait list. Upon confirmation the rental contract and next steps to pay will be communicated. Gate and shed entry codes will be communicated just prior to the May 1st garden opening.
