Dunk and Dive

This inclusive program offers a supportive and engaging environment for youth with disabilities aged 13–21. Participants take part in recreational swimming, promoting fitness, confidence, and enjoyment in the water, alongside gym activities that encourage movement and social interaction. The program also includes creative crafts for self-expression and sensory experiences to support relaxation and self-regulation. Led by trained staff, the program fosters inclusion, independence, and participation at each individual’s pace.
