Description

This is an introduction to the basics of cooking. It is designed to get kids interested in cooking and develop confidence in the kitchen. A variety of topics are covered in the program, basic food preparation - measuring (dry ingredients, fats, liquids), stovetop safety, how to read a recipe, kitchen clean up, and more. A material fee of $30 for food costs is required and will be added on at the time of registration.
