Description
This fun and engaging movement program introduces children to a variety of mini sports through play-based activities and simple skill-building games. Each week focuses on a different sport or movement theme, giving children new opportunities to run, throw, kick, balance, and explore while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork skills. Participants will stay active in a supportive and energetic environment that encourages movement, participation, and fun.
