Description
This progressive family yoga class builds on foundational yoga skills while encouraging families to deepen their practice together. Participants will explore a wider range of yoga poses, flowing sequences, partner activities, and introductory breathing and relaxation techniques. The program focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mindful movement in a supportive and engaging environment. Prior yoga experience is recommended.
Caregivers participate with children.
