Description
This introductory yoga program invites families to enjoy gentle movement and relaxation together. Participants will explore basic yoga poses, simple breathing, and mindfulness activities through fun and age-appropriate exercises. Designed to support flexibility, balance, coordination, and relaxation, this class also encourages positive family interaction and healthy movement habits. No previous yoga experience is required. Caregivers participate with children.
