Description

Learn the basics of sculpting in clay using simple hand building techniques, principles in surface decoration and glaze application to create a human or animal form. From realistic anatomical studies to stylized, abstract narratives, this project will highlight clay as an expressive medium. Some lifting required. Due to limited studio space, please only register for one pottery class per season. Portioned clay is provided with the addition of a $27 material fee.
