Writing for Children 55+

Geared towards writing for children — for a grandchild, perhaps, or just for fun — this course will look at theories and examples, to help you get a better understanding of some techniques and forms. There will be opportunities to write and receive a respectful critique of your work. There will also be some hands-on work creating pop-up cards, and the course will end with you creating an original, illustrated children’s book. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to learn, share, and have fun.
